In the first half of this year, Echo Investment sold 557 apartments and delivered 174 premises to its clients. The sales in the corresponding period of 2017 amounted to 551 apartments and hand overs - to 158.
The company is prepared to sell 1,300 apartments and hand over keys to 1,000 of them during the whole year. "We are consistently working on achieving the leading position among residential developers. The sales results in the first half of 2018 are in line with our plan. According to the schedule, most of our new residential projects starts in the second half of the year, since than we are able to achieve our annual sales target of 1,300 units", says Nicklas Lindberg, CEO of Echo Investment. "Residential market is good and speed of sales is in line with our expectation. On the other hand construction market remains demanding. That"s why we pay attention on keeping the margins on projects and still keeping the number of units sold", adds Waldemar Olbryk, Board Member of Echo Investment, responsible for residential segment. Majority of apartments hand overs is planned for the second half of the year, when Echo Investment will receive occupancy permits of a significant number of residential investments. This will be among others the first building of Browary Warszawskie, as well as Dom pod Wilgą II and Apartamenty GO in Kraków, Osiedle Jaśminowe IV, Osiedle Perspektywy and Park Sowińskiego IV in Poznań.
