Papa Diego, a new brand on the culinary market, will offer its guests all things tasty and attractive in Mexico – a distinctive and fresh cuisine full of aromatic herbs and natural spices. The brand created by Foodio Concepts – a company from the Helios group owned by Agora – will open its first restaurant in southern Poland in Libero in Katowice.
At Papa Diego, guests will be able to taste fresh, aromatic dishes straight from Mexico, including several types of burrito, tacos and burrito bowls as well as snacks: warm, crispy nachos with sets of surprising additions and traditional dessert churros. The chain will attract guests not only with healthy meals but also an intriguing atmosphere. The unique atmosphere of Mexico will be ensured by the unique interior – full of warm, energetic colours and colourful decorations which were created by the KDesign studio. "We are more and more eager to meet friends at the restaurant table, discovering new, unknown flavours together. We want to eat differently and look for inspiration from around the world. Mexican cuisine is perfectly in line with urban culinary trends – it is about tasty dishes with a distinct amount of spices and accompanied by aromatic salsas. The Pizza Hut chain decided to open its first dine-in" restaurant in Katowice i.e. with an open kitchen, stone oven and refreshed design in Libero while McDonald's will operate according to its new slogan "Good Food Fast", which is characterized by cosy interiors and a more extensive menu.
