Elegant and stylish... The complex which is under construction in Warsaw"s Bielany district and the opening of which is planned for spring next year will comprise more than 220 stores of recognizable brands. Galeria Młociny attracted the most popular ones and those enjoying the greatest reputation. The brands which are to open their stores include: Guess, Van Graaf, H&M, C&A, Zara, Zara Home, Bershka, Pull&Bear, Stradivarius, Oysho and Carry. British TK Maxx, which will occupy more than 2,000 sqm, will also attract crowds of customers. The extensive fashion offer will be complemented by salons with branded care and make-up cosmetics – The Body Shop, MAC – and the Douglas and Sephora perfumeries. “We wanted fashion to dominate floor +1. We put a lot of design effort into working out the perfect visibility of shop windows, which will provide brands with the best display of new collections. For customers it will mean even more convenience and shorter time needed to reach their goal. The result of our work will be a fashion avenue with spacious shop windows with impressive height of 7.5 metres,” comments Szymon Mińczuk, a regional leasing director at Echo Investment"s Shopping Centre Department. ...and useful if needed An Intermarché store has also entered the list of brands of the new centre of Bielany. It will be its debut on the capital market. The potential of the location and the project itself was also appreciated by the MediaMarkSaturn, RTV Euro AGD and Jysk chains, whose new stores will open in Galeria Młociny in less than a year. The place is also filled with tenants offering services and products addressed to physically active and health-conscious people. On the one hand, there will be shops with clothing and sports accessories such as Go Sport and Martes Sport, and on the other, the most modern fitness club of the popular Calypso chain. The largest chain of family medical centres in Poland, Enel-Med, will also be available in Galeria Młociny. Pepco on the map of Młociny “The presence of the Pepco chain is another step in the implementation of Galeria Młociny's lease strategy, which involves a skilful combination of diverse brands and a range of practical services with a local entertainment offer and a completely new approach to the design and animation of restaurant areas. Our work does not boil down to building a modern place and filling it with tenants. This is a comprehensive process, the effect of which will be an open and hospitable place with a unique character. A space which is alive, where things are happening and which has a natural attraction. We want Galeria Młociny to become the new centre of Bielany,” says Marcin Szlufik, a senior leasing manager from the Shopping Centre Department. Stores of the chain offering women's, men's and children's clothing as well as decorative items and home furnishings are available in 8 countries. Last year the list of the countries was joined by Croatia and Slovenia as well as Lithuania at the beginning of December. Pepco has 806 shops on the Vistula River. The last three years were a record-breaking period for Pepco. The number of stores has more than doubled to 1,300, almost 300 of which debuted in 2017 alone. The choice of Galeria Młociny is another important stage for Pepco. Its presence in one of the best retail locations in the country will provide a wider reach to current but also potentially new customers, whose shopping will be intertwined with meetings in restaurants, bars and cafes, and leisure time spent in the green garden on the roof, in the bowling alley or at the cinema. The centre in Młociny meets all these criteria. The brand belongs to Pepkor Europe, which is part of the international Steinhoff group managing app. 12,000 sqm stores with a total sales area of 9 mln sqm in more than 30 countries. The European Pepco chain currently employs over 9,000 people, more than 450 of them work in its Poznań headquarters and 400 in distribution. Galeria Młociny is a new, mixed-use centre of Bielany. The place will combine 220 favourite shops and service outlets, comfortable offices, a medical centre, playgrounds, a fitness club, restaurants and cafes, a trampoline park and the first multiplex cinema in the district within a friendly and green area. Galeria Młociny is distinguished by an innovative approach in the design of meeting places, entertainment and gastronomy. Its restaurant and entertainment space, which occupies the entire +2 floor and is connected with the green roof garden, has been divided into various functional zones. Architects from the renowned Broadway Malyan studio transferred the atmosphere of cosy cafes, street-food and eating out as well as outdoor dining among greenery to Warsaw"s Bielany district. This is the first concept of its kind in Poland. The mall is being developed right next to the Młociny hub – one of the places with the best transport links in Warsaw, with direct access to the underground, numerous tram lines and bus routes, suburban and national buses, a bicycle station and a P&R car park. It is the most important transfer location for the northern part of the city and satellite towns and it is used by over 24 mln passengers every year. More than a year before its opening 75 pct of Galeria Młociny is already leased. Investors of Galeria Młociny are: EPP (70 pct stake) and Echo Investment (30 pct stake). The former company will manage the newly-opened complex and the latter one is fully responsible for the development process and the leasing of the project. www.galeriamlociny.pl
