Echo Investment sold 348 apartments in the first quarter 2018 - 35% more than in a corresponding period of last year. The increase could also be noticed in a number of sale agreements signed: between January and the end of March 2018 Echo signed 108 sale agreements, versus 95 agreements signed in the first quarter of 2017.

- Our strategic goal is to become the leader among residential developers. Quarter by quarter, we get closer to the aim, which is confirmed by our sales results. During the whole year of 2018, we intend to enlarge and improve our offer. We will start a construction of over 1,400 apartments under nine projects - says Nicklas Lindberg, CEO of Echo Investment. Echo Investment is the only real estate developer in Poland that got familiar with the needs of Warsaw, Cracow, Poznań, Wrocław and Łódź citizens, because it has been operating in these markets for many years. Among Warsaw investments the Company is going to offer this year to apartment-seekers, there will be new phases of Browary Warszawskie, RE:SET quarter close to the largest business district or Moje Miejsce in Mokotów district. The Company also plans to start a construction of new multifunctional, destination project in Cracow, in the neighbourhood of Wita Stwosza Street. In addition, Echo will initiate works at other new investments in Cracow and Poznań.
