A two-storey shop of the Polish Carry chain will be opened in Galeria Młociny in Warsaw's Bielany district. Carry is a Polish fashion brand with almost 20 years of tradition, which is involved in the design and sale of casual and smart casual clothing.
“One of the interesting elements that have been introduced by the team of Echo Investment and EPP to Galeria Młociny at the design stage is the creation of a properly arranged space dedicated to fashion brands. We managed to create a perfect place for the presentation of the latest trends and collections at + 1 level. One of its distinguishing features is the impressive size of shop windows measuring as much as 7.5 metres. This space will be filled by the Carry chain, among others. This popular Polish brand will occupy a total area of nearly 1,900 sqm on two floors and it will offer its full range of clothing i.e. for women, men and children,” says Tomasz Domoń, Regional Leasing Manager at Echo Investment"s Shopping Centre Department.
Carry is a Polish clothing brand which has been present on the market for almost 20 years. The chain currently includes 130 shops. Its range of products consists not only of clothing but also footwear, underwear and accessories. Its new collections are introduced several times a year.
Galeria Młociny is a new, mixed-use centre of Bielany. The place will combine 220 favourite shops and service outlets, comfortable offices, a medical centre, playgrounds, a fitness club, restaurants and cafes, a trampoline park and the first multiplex cinema in the district within a friendly and green area.
Galeria Młociny is distinguished by an innovative approach in the design of meeting places, entertainment and gastronomy. Its restaurant and entertainment space, which occupies the entire +2 floor and is connected with the green roof garden, has been divided into various functional zones. Architects from the renowned Broadway Malyan studio transferred the atmosphere of cosy cafes, street-food and eating out as well as outdoor dining among greenery to Warsaw"s Bielany district. This is the first concept of its kind in Poland.
More than a year before its opening 75 pct of Galeria Młociny is already leased.
Investors of Galeria Młociny are: Echo Investment (30 pct shares) and Echo Polska Properties (70 pct shares). The former is fully responsible for the development process and the commercialization of the project. The latter one will manage the newly-opened complex.
