November was another intensive month for Echo Investment’s residential segment
Selling 203 sold apartments and signing 110 final agreements show that the Company"s 2017 targets are well within the reach
Browary Warszawskie B and Zebra in Wrocław had the largest impact on November apartment sales, while the highest number of final agreements came from Warsaw Nowy Mokotów III and Grota-Roweckiego II in Wrocław
In 2018 Echo will continue the growth in the residential sector aiming at sell of 1,500 units and sign of 1,000 final agreements
After eleven months of 2017, Echo Investment"s sales teams signed preliminary agreements concerning 1,248 residential units and signed 814 final agreements. This means that the Company sold 75% more apartments than in January-November 2016, and signed 88% final agreements more.

This is a great basis for growth in 2018 when we target to sell 1,500 units and hand-over 1,000. This way we constantly implement the strategy of profitable growth, aimed at making Echo the leader in each segment we operate”, says Waldemar Olbryk, Member of Management Board responsible for the residential business.
In Q4 2017, the Company started seven residential projects, adding to the offer nearly 900 units, including flagships projects in Warsaw, such as new phases of Warsaw Browary, Osiedle RE: SET in the neighborhood of the biggest business district and Widoki Mokotów, with Morskie Oko park view.
