People who have been passing Na Ostatnim Groszu Street for a dozen or so months have had an opportunity to follow the progress of the construction work at the site of the West Link office building, which has been developed by Echo Investment. The building has just reached its highest structural point.

West Link is a modern A-class office building with an area in excess of 14,000 sqm. The project is being developed in the Fabryczna district, near West Gate the construction of which was completed in 2015. Apart from a modern office area tenants will be able to use 266 parking spaces. “The construction of West Link reached its highest floor at the end of August. Thus we completed the construction of the shell stage and we can move to the facade and installation work,” explains Grzegorz Malecha, project manager Echo Investment. He goes on to add that the occupancy permit for the building is planned to be acquired at the end of March 2018. Echo Investment has been present on Wrocław market since 2007. The developer has completed Pasaż Grunwaldzki, the Przy Słowiańskim Wzgórzu and Grota 111 residential estates as well as the Aquarius Business House, West Gate and Nobilis Business House office buildings. Apart from West Link also the Sagittarius Business House office building is being developed at the junction of Sucha and Swobodna Streets in Wrocław.
