Sagittarius Business House, a modern office building developed by Echo Investment, has reached its highest structural point.

The topping off ceremony at Sagittarius Business House took place on 16 August. “The event accompanies the completion of the structural work and it signifies the launch of the fit out work,” explains Marek Chmielewski, project manager from Echo Investment"s Office and Hotel Department. He goes on to add that the work progress is on schedule and the schedule has been adjusted to the commercialization process which in progress. In the course of placing the decoration at the top of the building, hostesses served sweet muffins to passersby and explained the concept of the topping off of a newly-built project. Sagittarius Business House is a modern A-class office building which offers a total area of 25,000 sqm. The project is located at the junction of Borowska Street and Sucha Street, opposite the Aquarius Business House office building which has been completed by Echo Investment. “Sagittarius is perfectly in line with the existing city fibre. It is characterized by its unique, classic and timeless architecture, thanks to which it will serve its tenants for a long time,” comments Katarzyna Kubicka, regional director in Echo Investment"s Office and Hotel Department. The newly-built facility has been fully leased. Its tenants include the EY Global Delivery Service international organization which has its branches in five countries. The lease contract concerning an area of 10,500 sqm was signed last spring. The building is planned to be put into operation in February 2018.
