We feel at home in Q22, after all, it is a flagship project developed, leased and successfully sold by our company. Meanwhile, in Kielce, we are conducing intensive work related to the extension of office space and the modernization of the interior of the Echo"s headquarters,” says Nicklas Lindberg, chief executive officer at Echo Investment. Please find the photo gallery of our new office and watch the footage on Echo Investment"s You Tube channel. The Q22 office building, which was developed by Echo Investment and put into operation a year ago, is a property of Invesco Real Estate and its manager is EPP. “Our new Warsaw seat in Q22 will make it possible for us to continue to develop EPP dynamically,” adds Hadley Dean, CEO at EPP. “Since September 2016 i.e. since our debut on the JSE and LuxSE stock exchanges, we have purchased eight properties in operation and extended our portfolio to 24 excellently prospering commercial facilities – it is natural that we have also been extending our team which needs a well planned and effective area that fulfils top finishing standards. The Medusa studio was responsible for the interior design and it managed to create a modern and friendly area which encourages people to exchange their views and strike up friendships. The furniture designed by famous Polish designers: Oskar Zięta, Roman Modzelewski and Tomek Rygalik is also an important element. We invite you to the new office of Echo and EPP in Q22 (22, Jana Pawła Avenue, 00-133 Warsaw). Q22 won the "Architecture" and "Project of the Year" categories in the prestigious Prime Property Prize 2016 competition as well as the Best Office Project title awarded in the Europa Property Awards competition. It is a 155-metre modern office building which is located in the business centre of Warsaw, at the junction of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Grzybowska Street. It offers an office area of 53,000 sqm.
