More than 90% of office space in Tryton Business House in Gdańsk, which is managed by Echo Polska Properties, has been commercialized. Three tenants decided to extend their offices and prolong their leases. The group of tenants has also been joined by the Pramerica Życie insurance company.

Tryton Business House is an office building which is owned and managed by Echo Polska Properties (EPP). The building is located close to the city centre and the Młode Miasto area. The location was chosen by Pramerica Życie TUiR SA which decided to move its current office from Gdynia. Furthermore, three companies which had their offices in Tryton decided to extend their office space. IT CIKLUM currently occupies the entire 8th floor in the 11-storey tower. PGS Software leased an additional area for the following few years. Its office is located on the entire second and third floor in the lower building of the office complex. One of leading consulting companies in the word extended its office and it currently occupies an entire floor in a lower office building. “We were one of the first few tenants of the Tryton Business House office building. We focused on the quality and location due to frequent visits of our foreign colleagues. After a year we decided to extend our area. The location has great assets, which has been appreciated by our guests and employees. Thus our decision to occupy the entire floor,” says Wojciech Gurgul, CEO PGS Software.
