Almost 80% of increase in sales of apartments was recorded in H1 2017, compared to H1 2016 in Echo Investment.
In the first 6 months of the year the developer has encouraged clients to purchase 554 apartments from its offer. The same period of 2016 was finished with 309 contracts recorded. "We are glad that our offer perfectly meets the interest of the clients, so the sales progress above our plan. We"ve prepared several projects to be launched during coming months and we can already observe a positive market feeling, as significant number of reservations. This confirms that our 2017 sales target is possible to reach. The sale dynamics of the last quarters shows also that in 2-3 years we are able to reach the strategic goal to become a dominant player on the residential market" says Nicklas Lindberg, CEO of Echo Investment. Currently Echo Investment has almost 700 apartments in offer, but in the second half of the year it will add about 1,300 units in 9 projects located in Warsaw, Poznań, Wrocław and Łódź.
