EPP (Echo Polska Properties) the owner and manager of Galeria Olimpia in Bełchatów, and Echo Investment, the developer responsible for its extension and lease, have been consistently executing their plan of strengthening the position of the largest mixed-use retail complex in the region. The companies have just announced the launch of the concept work concerning the next stage of the facilities’ extension.
The companies have been working on a new concept of the complex"s extension, which mostly envisages the extension of its current offer, particularly the fashion offer, the introduction of new specialized stores as well as the extension of the entertainment section. The concept work is in progress. “We can see a lot of interest in our project among our current tenants, who want to extend their shops, as well as new ones, interested in opening their shops in Bełchatów,” says Michał Świerczyński, member of the board at EPP. “We also get a lot of enquiries about new brands from our customers as well as interesting ideas regarding new functions i.e. entertainment, gastronomy and sports. Galeria Olimpia which is located on Kolejowa Street is a functionally combined retail and service complex with a gross leasable area of 32,900 sqm. The offer of Galeria Olimpia includes nearly 70 shops of brands such as: H&M, Reserved, House, Mohito, Cropp, New Yorker, Orsay, Martes Sport, RTV Euro AGD, CCC, Deichmann, Centro, Pepco, Ryłko, Wojas, Apart, Reporter, 4F, Adidas, Nike, Diverse, Matras, Douglas, Euro-Apteka, Loox, Rossmann, Takko Fashion, Empik, Artimex, Grycan, Dzieciaczek and Alior Bank. The entertainment offer includes a multi-screen Helios cinema. Drivers can use a total of 1,050 spaces.
