Intel – a global leader in modern technologies, specializing in the production of processors and the development of IT solutions, has leased nearly 10,000 sqm in the Tryton Business House office building. The company was supported by experts from CBRE in the search for the office space.

“Our contract with the global leader in modern technologies i.e. Intel is a source of pride for us. It is the largest transaction in terms of commercialization of our office building so far. We are very satisfied that such a demanding company has chosen Tryton Business House for its seat. We are also pleased about the fact that Intel is another tenant from the industry of modern services and technologies in Tryton. Our project is nearly 80-pct leased already. It allows us to optimistically look into the future as far as Echo Investment"s operations in TriCity are concerned,” says Kornelia Łukaszewska, who is responsible for the commercialization of Tryton in Gdańsk. Intel was represented by Mariusz Wiśniewski, head of TriCity branch of CBRE, in the negotiations with Echo. “The agreement signed by Echo Investment and Intel Technology Poland is the largest transaction concluded on TriCity market this year. It was a swift and fast process mostly focused on providing the flexibility of leases. Our client has a considerable potential, that is why securing different development variants was the most significant element of the negotiations. In this regard, I strongly appreciate the involvement of Intel"s lawyers in the process i.e. the Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak law office. From our point of view the transaction indicates clearly that large tenants in TriCity will tend to look for space for their development near the existing infrastructure over the next few years, such as the developed public transport and an extensive service offer i.e. in the traditional city centre. The TriCity market itself has definitely become a mature market this year, which continues to be attractive for SSC/BPO investments, where we can observe a growing number of transactions related not only to new investments but also relocation and consolidation,” said Mariusz Wiśniewski, senior associate director, CBRE in Gdańsk. Tryton Business House was delivered to market in H1 2016. The project offers approx. 22,000 sq m of modern office space of the highest quality. Furthermore, it is also distinguished by its location – on the crossroads of Jana z Kolna and Wałów Piastowskich Streets, in close proximity to the city centre, and well-served by public transportation. The project was recognized with BREEAM certification.
