OmniOffice in Q22
OmniOffice in Q22

OmniOffice has joined the group of tenants of the Q22 office building, which has been developed by Echo Investment in the business centre of Warsaw.

OmniOffice leased an area of over 2,000 sqm on the second floor in Q22. The company offers serviced offices i.e. offices which are ready to move into, offer e.g. reception service and are addressed to companies that need modern offices the size and lease period of which could be changed dynamically. “We have already been trusted by over 500 companies. They choose OmniOffice because they can start their operations straight away, work in a modern office without the need to sign long-term leases, employ administrative staff, fit out or furnish their unit. They are independent professionals, small companies which take care of their image and working conditions of their staff as well as corporations which appreciate the flexibility of our serviced offices. We are very happy about our cooperation with Echo Investment. The Q22 office building complements the picture of Warsaw"s business centre,” says Maurizio Sangalli, co-owner of OmniOffice. “The profile of OmniOffice"s operations is very much in line with modern, innovative and flexible profile of Q22. We treat serviced offices as business incubators of sorts. We hope that tenants who lease one or two rooms will soon be interested in much larger areas,” says Michał Żelski, senior leasing manager in Echo Investment"s Office and Hotel Department. The commercialization of Q22 is nearing 80 pct at this time. The building still offers an office area of app. 8,500 sqm.  Its tenants include companies such as: Deloitte, Allegro, Linklaters, William Demant, Boston Scientific, Citi Handlowy and Puro Hotels. www.q22.com.pl
