More Deloitte in Q22

Deloitte extends its seat in Echo Investment’s project by an area of 2,970 sqm. The Polish branch of the company occupies at total of nearly 14,000 sqm in Q22.

The Polish branch of Deloitte – one of the largest companies from the sector of audit, consulting, risk management, financial and tax consultancy, has leased the following three floors with a combined area of 2,970 sqm. One and a half years ago the company signed a lease concerning an area of 11,000 sqm. Thus Deloitte will occupy nearly 14,000 sqm. Deloitte is the largest tenant of Q22 at this time and it is to move to its new seat soon. “We wanted to create an office worthy of the 21st century, one that follows technological and cultural changes, where our company will be able to develop dynamically. At the same time we wanted the interior design of the new office to provide us with maximum efficiency and comfort regardless of the method of working. We will occupy a total of 11,000 sqm on 10 floors in Q22. At the beginning of December 2016 we decided to rent 3 additional floors with an area of nearly 3,000 sqm. It results from continuous development of the company, inclusion of new service lines in our offer and increased employment,” comments Tomasz Kacprzak, Financial Director at Deloitte. “We are proud that such a renowned company as Deloitte has chosen Q22 for its seat,” comments Nicklas Lindberg, president of Echo Investment. “Deloitte is known for its attachment to top standards, which includes its office space, that is why the presence of the company in Q22 is the best confirmation of high quality offered by Echo,” adds Michał Żelski, Senior Leasing Manager from Echo Investment. Q22 is a 155-metre modern office building which is being developed in the business centre of Warsaw, at the junction of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Grzybowska Street. It offers a leasable office area of over 50,000 sqm. Its modern, bright structure was designed by architects from the Kuryłowicz & Associates architectural studio. As befits a prestigious project in an excellent location, Q22 will include a huge, elegant and glazed lobby. Its 14th floor is earmarked for special functions such as e.g. a conference centre and a fitness club while the restaurant area will be located on the first floor. Its five-storey underground car park will offer 348 spaces to Q22 users. There will also be bicycle parking spaces, changing rooms and showers for cyclists.
