The group of tenants of Galeria Libero, which is being developed by Echo Investment in Katowice, has been joined by Lancerto, which is to open its outlet with an area of 100 sqm. The shop of the brand will also be opened in the new section of the Galaxy shopping centre in Szczecin (140 sqm) and the company prolonged its lease in Outlet Park Szczecin. The two parties signed contracts during the ReDI fair in Warsaw.

In accordance with our strategy Lancerto is not meant to be a chain with the greatest number of outlets in Poland but the outlets will be distinguished by their high quality. LANĈERTO is a men"s fashion brand which specializes in classic formal and smart casual wear. Collections of the brand are developed for men who appreciate comfort and elegance. Exclusively selected fabrics, perfect cut and careful finishing ensure flawless image in any situation. LANĈERTO has a chain of sales outlets located in some of the largest cities in Poland. Its professional and qualified advisors help customers select clothes appropriate for the occasion, their needs and physical features of a given customer. The brand offers classic suits, dinner jackets, jackets, shirts, sweaters, coats, suit and chino trousers as well as leather shoes of timeless design and a broad range of accessories such as: ties, handkerchiefs, tiepins, braces and leather belts. Galeria Libero will be built on a plot with an area of 54,000 sqm. The facility will offer a retail and entertainment area of 42,000 sqm which will be located on three floors. Apart from shops and service outlets as well as some of the most important chains and a supermarket, the shopping centre will also include a very extensive entertainment and gastronomy offer which will consist of a 8-screen cinema, a snooker club, a play area for children, squash and badminton courts, restaurants offering access to a terrace. The facility is to be developed on ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki – one of the most important traffic routes in the city. The MOFO Architekci architectural studio is the author of the design of Galeria Libero. The new section of Galaxy is a modern shopping arcade including a square which will not only be a place for shopping but mostly a meeting place for residents of Szczecin and the region. The new Galaxy will be developed around a spacious internal square, which will include a stage for organizing various events. The entirety will be covered with a glass roof, which will provide appropriate access to natural light. After the completion of the extension Galaxy will have a retail area of nearly 60,000 sqm. Its offer will be extended to 200 shops. Drivers will be able to use a total of 1,500 parking spaces. The investor has already signed contracts with some key tenants. Reserved is to open its flagship shop in the region, which is to have an area of 2,500 sqm . The entertainment offer is to be extended – a Fabryka Formy fitness club on the top floor will complement the existing entertainment and recreation section which consists of a cinema and a bowling alley. Outlet Park Szczecin is located in Szczecin"s Prawobrzeże district. It offers brand-name products which are 30-70 pct cheaper compared to the prices in regular shops. A 7-screen Helios cinema and a section of the facility which includes Smyk Megastore and a Piotr i Paweł supermarket constitute additional assets of the project. After its extension Outlet Park Szczecin offers 100 shops and 900 parking spaces. Its new section includes brands such as: Vistula, Vero Moda, Italian Fashion, Diverse, Molton, Unisono, Kubenz, Volcano, Monnari, Świat Zabawek, Giacomo Conti, Maxima i Bruno Zinger. The outlet section offers brands such as: Nike, Puma, Reebok, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Reserved, Bytom, Kari, Lee Wrangler, Wittchen, Kazar, Vero Moda, Jack Jones, Cross Jeans, Lavard, Ecco, Big Star, 4F, Ochnik, LKJ, Mc Arthur, Lancerto, Gabor, Puere, Willsoor, Lee Cooper, Cropp, House, Simple, Mohito.
