mBank is a new tenant of the Tryton Business House office building, which has been developed by Echo Investment in the centre of Gdańsk

Tryton will include a new format of mBank"s outlet – it will be a consultancy centre. The idea of such branches is offering a comprehensive and frequently time-consuming service including a full range of retail, corporate and private banking services as well as products of selected mBank"s companies (e.g. mLeasing, mFaktoring and mBank"s brokerage house). “mBank has been successively opening consultancy centres across Poland, mostly in office buildings, in order to provide its customers with a comfortable meeting place with good access and  a car park. Our outlet in Gdańsk will be the largest of four currently open centres and thus it will be the largest branch of the bank in northern Poland,” says Jacek Popiołek, director of the real estate management department at mBank. “Tryton will include a modern branch of mBank as well as a functional office area including more than 100 workstations,” explains Kornelia Łukaszewska, leasing manager in Echo Investment"s Office and Hotel Department, who is responsible for the commercialization of the office building. The agreement concerns a long-term lease of two sections: 200 sqm on the ground floor of the building and app. 1,000 sqm on the first floor of Tryton, directly above the bank"s centre. www.trytonbusinesshouse.pl
