The Q22 office building, which is being developed by Echo Investment, has acquired a new tenant. A canteen which is operated by Office Bistro will occupy an area of nearly 600 sqm.

Office Bistro is a chain of restaurants located in prestigious office buildings in the centre of Warsaw. Its canteen in Q22 will be the eleventh Office Bistro restaurant. Apart from a broad range of lunch meals, breakfasts and snacks, the restaurant offers comprehensive catering service for company and private meetings. “Q22 is a place which is ideally in line with our business strategy. The prestige of the place will certainly inspire our chefs, who create unique menu proposals while preparing dishes on the premises using seasonal, fresh and natural products. Q22 is a modern office area which is being developed in the centre of the capital city, at the junction of Jana Pawła Avenue and Grzybowska Street. Five prestigious tenants signed leases in the office building over the last few weeks.

Q22 is currently over 60-pct leased. Its tenants include: Deloitte, Allegro, Linklaters, William Demant, Vestor DM, Citi Handlowy and PURO Hotels.
