Nobilis Business Hous, a modern A-class office building, which is being developed by Echo Investment next to Pasaż Gruwaldzki in Wrocław, has reached its tallest structural point and the building was ceremoniously topped off.

“The construction of the project is on schedule. We have completed the shell stage, which has been symbolized by the topping off. The facade and installation work is currently in progress. We have also started the installation of lifts and mild winter allowed us to launch the finishing work. We are planning to obtain an occupancy permit in August this year,” says Marek Chmielewski, project manager from Echo Investment"s Office and Hotel Department.

The project enjoys a lot of interest on the market. We have already leased 1,500 sqm to a company representing the medical industry and we are currently finalizing another contract concerning an area of 4,500 sqm, we are also conducting negotiations with companies interested in leasing offices in Nobilis,” says Katarzyna Kubicka, senior leasing manager in Echo Investment"s Office and Hotel Department. Nobilis Business House is characterized not only by its elegant and timeless architecture but also its excellent location. The proximity of public transport stops and the main traffic routes of Wrocław makes it possible to quickly reach the city centre. The proximity of Pasaż Grunwaldzki, some colleges and universities as well as cycle paths is also important. Nobilis Business House offers an office area of 16,000 sqm. There will be a one-storey underground car park in the project. Office users will be able to use: an access control system, fast lifts, energy-efficient air-conditioning and ventilation, a humidity control system and a friendly lighting system. The project also includes 72 parking spaces for bicycles as well as changing rooms with showers and drying rooms. Tenants will also be able to use a canteen, some service outlets and outdoor relaxation areas.
