The third stage of A4 Business Park, an A class office building which is being developed by Echo Investment on Francuska Street, acquired a BREEAM Interim certificate.

The building developed in the third stage acquired a "Very Good" rating and scored 68.1 pct. The construction of the project is on schedule. The office building is to be finished in Q3 this year. At the end of 2014 the first stage of A4 Business Park obtained a BREEAM Final certificate with a "Very Good" rating, which confirmed that it fulfils the requirements envisaged at the design stage. The second stage of the project obtained a BREEAM Interim certificate with a "Very Good" rating soon after that.
“We are very pleased that the last and the largest stage of the office complex has a BREEAM certificate now. The buildings which are part of A4 Business Park obtained BREEAM certificates with the "Very Good" rating, which in practice signifies a combination of the maximum comfort of users and a positive impact of the buildings on the environment. We make every effort to confirm the design stage rating by the final certificate. We are convinced that the buildings in the second stage and the third stage will soon obtain an equally high rating," says Katarzyna Murdoch, BREEAM engineer, BEEAM International assessor at Echo Investment. Grontmij Polska is in charge of the certification process of A4 Business Park. The portfolio of Echo Investment includes 24 BREEAM-certified buildings: three A4 Business Park buildings, six Malta Office Park buildings, Nobilis Business House, three Opolska Business Park buildings, Tryton Business House, West Gate, Q22, two Park Rozwoju buildings in Warsaw, Aquarius Business House in Wrocław, Oxygen in Szczecin (2 BREEAM In-Use certificates: Building Management and Asset Rating), as well as the Galeria Amber shopping centre in Kaliszu, CHR Galaxy in Szczecin, Galeria Olimpia in Bełchatów and Galeria Echo in Kielce.
