The first stage of Opolska Business Park, a modern office complex which is being developed by Echo Investment in the northern part of Kraków, has been granted an occupancy permit.
“The building which offers an office area of 19,000 sqm was completed on schedule. Orlen Oil, which leased an area of 1,700 sqm, started its operations in Opolska Business Park at the beginning of February,” says Marcin Mróz, project manager from Echo Investment"s Office and Hotel Department. Opolska Business House consists of three twelve-storey buildings as well as a ground-level car park and an underground one. Its total office area amounts to 57,000 sqm. The project is being carried out in three stages. In October last year the Opolska Busines Park complex obtained a BREEAM Interim Excellent certificate. The three-stage project had a very high score of 74.5 pct, which resulted in the Excellent rating. Only a dozen or so other office projects in Poland have such rating. The building is located on ul. Opolska, one of the main traffic routes in this part of Kraków. The location of the facility makes it easy to access other parts of the city by public transport and own vehicle. It takes approximately 15 minutes to get to the airport by car. The high standard of the buildings, their very good location, green areas and easy access to the centre make Opolska Business Park an ideal place for doing business.
