Echo Investment is developer of the year in two categories!

Echo Investment has won the ‘Office Developer of the Year’ and the ‘Retail Developer of the Year’ categories in the Eurobuild Awards 2015 competition. The Griffin Real Estate group won the ‘Investor of the Year’ title, mainly thanks to the acquisition of the majority share in Echo Investment.

The award for the best office developer was received by Rafał Mazurczak, director of Echo Investment"s Office and Hotel Department. “It is a particularly important award for us because our company has recently been very active in the office sector. It also confirms that we are heading in the right direction, offering top quality office projects. Next year"s opening of 155-metre tall Q22 in the business heart of Warsaw will be the crowning of our efforts so far,” says Rafał Mazurczak. The "Retail Developer of the Year" award was received by Marcin Materny, director of Echo Investment"s Shopping Centre Department. “This year was a very busy period for us. It was mainly connected with Galeria Sudecka,  which is 100-pct leased before its spring opening. We have also opened the second stage of Outlet Park Szczecin and now we have the extension of Galaxy in Szczecin ahead of us, as well as a lot of other interesting projects,” says Marcin Materny. The award gala of the 6th edition of Eurobuild Awards took place on the 3rd of December this year in Warsaw. Eurobuild Awards are awarded to companies operating on the construction and real estate market in Central and Eastern Europe. The goal of the competition is to choose the best companies and projects constructed/opened in a given year.
