A new section of Outlet Park Szczecin, which was built as part of the second stage of the project, is to be opened on the 25th of November at 10:00 o’clock.
After its extension Outlet Park Szczecin will include a total of 100 shops and 900 parking spaces. The new section will include brands such as: Vistula, Vero Moda, Italian Fashion, Diverse, Molton, Unisono, Kubenz, Volcano, Monnari, Świat Zabawek, Giacomo Conti, Maxima and Bruno Zinger. The second stage of Outlet Park Szczecin is 100 pct leased. “We would like to cordially invite you to the November opening. I am convinced that our extended offer will be popular with customers,” says Mariusz Machnicki, director of Outlet Park Szczecin. The decision concerning the extension of Outlet Park Szczecin is an effect of the footfall success of the currently open part of the facility, which has been in operation since 2012. “Last year Outlet Park Szczecin was visited by nearly 2.5 mln people, which provided us with the 4th best result in Poland. According to this year"s data our facility advanced to the 3rd place. From January until September Outlet Park was visited by 2.2 mln customers. Since the opening date the sales have increased by 23 pct and the footfall – by 12 pct. These are excellent results, that is why we made a decision to execute the second stage and we are starting the third stage of the extension in spring 2016. There are plans to extend the offer to a medical centre and a modern fitness club. Design work related to the fourth stage is already in progress. After the completion of the entire project Outlet Park Szczecin will be one of the largest facilities of its kind in Poland,” says Marcin Materny, director of Echo Investment"s Shopping Centre Department. Outlet Park Szczecin is located in Szczecin"s Prawobrzeże district. The facility was opened on November 7th, 2012. It offers brand-name products which are 30-70 pct cheaper compared to the prices in regular shops. A 7-screen Helios cinema and a section of the facility which includes Smyk Megastore and a Piotr i Paweł supermarket constitute additional assets of the project. The outlet section offers products of brands such as: Nike, Puma, Reebok, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Reserved, Bytom, Kari, Lee Wrangler, Wittchen, Kazar, Vero Moda, Jack Jones, Via Roma, Cross Jeans, Atlantic, Lavard, Ecco, Big Star, 4F, Ochnik, LKJ, Mc Arthur, Hot Oil, Wójcik, Lancerto, Gabor, Puere, Milano Shoes, Willsoor, Lee Cooper, Cropp, House and Mohito. www.outletpark.eu
