BREEAM Excellent for Opolska Business Park

The Opolska Business Park, a modern office complex which is being developed by Echo Investment in the northern part of Kraków, has obtained a BREEAM Interim certificate with the excellent rating.

The three-stage investment obtained a very high score of 74.5 pct, which resulted in the excellent rating. Only a dozen or so office projects in Poland have such rating. “As many as 60 pct of Echo Investment"s office projects which have been certified in the BREEAM system obtained the excellent rating, which puts us in the leading position in Poland. Our offer includes 7 buildings which hold a BREEAM Interim Excellent certificate. We are very satisfied with the fact that the Opolska Business House complex joined the group of projects such as: Q22, Park Rozwoju, West Gate and Tryton Businss House,” says Katarzyna Murdoch, BREEAM engineer and BREEAM International assessor at Echo Investment.
The certification process of Opolska Business House is being carried out by Grontmij Polska. Echo Investment"s portfolio includes 16 buildings which hold BREEAM certificates – three Opolska Business Park buildings, Tryton Business House, West Gate, Q22 and two Park Rozwoju buildings in Warsaw, Aquarius Business House in Wrocław, the first and the second stage of A4 Business Park in Katowice, Oxygen in Szczecin (2 BREEAM In-Use certificates: Building Management and Asset Rating) as well as retail projects: Galeria Amber in Kalisz, the Galaxy shopping centre in Szczecin, Galeria Olimpia in Bełchatów and Galeria Echo in Katowice. www.opolskabusinesspark.pl
