The group of users of the second stage of the Park Rozwoju office complex, which is being carried out on Konstrukctorska Street by Echo Investment, has been joined by Mostostal Warszawa, which has leased 3,300 sqm.

“The signing of a contract with Mostostal Warszawa is an important stop in the commercialization of the second stage of the project. We are very glad that the company has chosen Park Rozwoju for its new office,” says Paweł Milcarz, senior leasing manager in Echo Investment"s Office and Hotel Department. The second building, which obtained an occupancy permit in May this year, includes offices of Schneider Electric (3,800 sqm) and Intergraph (1,200 sqm). Mostostal Warszawa SA is one of the largest construction companies in Poland at this time. Its name and history are related to the reconstruction of bridges. However, the company builds not only bridges nowadays but also all kinds of general construction, industrial, environmental protection and road infrastructure facilities. Park Rozwoju consists of two buildings and a restaurant which is located in the connector. The total area of the complex is 32,000 sqm. The buildings have a two-storey underground car park and a ground-level car park offering a total of 740 spaces. The complex includes some leisure and recreation areas: a courtyard with a water cascade and a canteen, internal squares with comfortable benches, green roof terraces and an outdoor gym. Cyclists can use a bicycle parking area with bike racks as well as changing rooms with showers. The construction of the project started in autumn 2012. The first building was put into operation in spring 2014. The office building includes seats of companies such as: Schneider Electric (3,200 sqm) and Ericsson (3,600 sqm). The second building, which obtained an occupancy permit in May earlier this year, includes offices of Schneider Electric (3,800 sqm) and Intergraph (1,200 sqm). The location at 12 Konstruktorska Street provides quick and easy access to the Fryderyk Chopin airport and the city centre. The facility is surrounded by an excellently network of public transport The southern ring road of Warsaw and the Marynarska interchange provide easy access by car. Last year the second stage of Park Rozwoju obtained a BREEAM Interim certificate with the Excellent rating and a score of 72.9 pct. The first stage of the project received BREEAM Interim with the Very Good rating.
