Q22 is an office project which is being developed by Echo Investment at the junction of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Grzybowska Street in Warsaw. The 155-metre building is to be completed by Q2 2016 and a film summary of the current stage of construction is available on the Echo Investment YouTube channel.

The first film footage was made in November 2014 when the third floor of the above-ground section of the office building was under construction. In February this year the office tower reached the height of 12 floors while in April construction workers were already on the 25th floor. The 39th floor was reached in July and the top floor (the 41st) was completed in September.
9,400 tonnes of steel and 34,000 cubic metres of concrete have been used during the construction process until now. Q22 is a 155-metre modern office building which is being developed in the business centre of Warsaw. It offers a leasable office area of over 50,000 sqm. The ground floor of the building will include an elegant, glazed lobby. Floors 2 to 14 and 18 to 39 will offer office space whereas floors 14 – 17 will be earmarked for special functions such as a conference centre, a fitness club and a restaurant area. Its five-storey underground car park will offer 348 spaces.
The office building is being constructed using top quality materials and technological solutions, the effect of which will be a modern and bright building. Q22 obtained a BREEAM Interim Excellent ecological certificate with the highest score in this category in Poland (79.1 pct). The design of the building was created in the renowned architectural studio Kuryłowicz & Associates in cooperation with Buro Happold Polska. The completion of the construction of the office building is planned for Q1 2016. The project is valued at PLN 500 mln.
In November this year the Polish branch of Deloitte, which represents the largest company in the world in the field of audit, consultancy and risk management as well as financial and tax consulting services, has leased 11,000 sqm of modern office space in Q22. In June earlier this year Q22 conclusively won the "Acupuncture of Warsaw" competition for the best commercial project in the Śródmieście district. According to internet users" votes the Q22 office building conclusively won "The Most City-Forming Commercial Project in Śródmieście" category. www.q22.com.pl
