Echo Investment has obtained an occupancy permit for the first stage of its Grota 111 project in Wrocław’s Krzyki district.

The first stage of Grota 111 project consists of two small buildings including an internal traffic layout, underground car park, playground and communal area. The project is being developed on Grota Roweckiego Street in south-eastern part of Wrocław. The first stage includes 100 apartments in two buildings, with areas ranging from 27 to 97 sqm and the option of joining them together. Each of them has at least one balcony, loggia or terrace. There is also one service outlet planned, a pram storage room as well as storage rooms for residents. The offer also includes two-storey apartments which provide an opportunity for a unique design of a larger area.
