Echo Investment has started the construction of the third stage of the Nowy Mokotów residential estate on Konstruktorska Street in Warsaw. Mostostal Warszawa is the contractor and the contract signed is worth PLN 64 mln.

The third stage of the Nowy Mokotow estate will involve the construction of 239 apartments with areas ranging from 34 to 126 sqm. The completion of the construction work is planned for Q3 2017. Nowy Mokotów is being developed at 10 Konstruktorska Street, in a section of Mokotów which constitutes the largest office district in Warsaw. The project is being carried out in four stages – the first stage has been completed and all 200 apartments in six buildings have already been sold. The second stage of the project is to be finished in June 2016 and it includes 206 apartments.
A total of 800 apartments are being developed in the estate as well as carefully planned green areas and elements of landscape architecture. All the apartments located on the ground floor have their own gardens while others have loggias and balconies. Nowy Moktów is planned to be an autonomous urban unit including an internal transport layout, its own space creating favourable conditions for social integration as well as units earmarked for public utility functions such as a nursery school, a medical centre, shops and services. The entirety constitutes a closed quarter including an enclosed yard. The architectural design was created in a renowned Warsaw-based architectural studio Kuryłowicz & Associates. Nowy Mokotów is one of the largest and most prestigious residential projects to have recently been carried out by Echo Investment.
