Jackowskiego 47 – new residential Project in Poznań
Jackowskiego 47 – new residential Project in Poznań

Echo Investment has started the construction of the Jackowskiego 47 residential estate which is located in Poznań’s Jeżyce district. Its general contractor is Zakłady Remontowo Budowlane WAM and the value of the contract signed exceeds PLN 28 mln.

Jeżyce has recently enjoyed more and more popularity because of its charm and cultural aspirations. It includes theatres, culture centres, charming cafes and small atmospheric restaurants. The newly-opened places attract residents of Poznań due to their original ideas, interesting interiors and the unique atmosphere. The Jackowskiego 47 project includes a detailed development plan of the area – an internal transport network, a playground and communal areas. Carefully arranged plants, elements of landscape architecture and a common recreational area emphasize the friendly character of the project. The five-storey buildings include 155 apartments with areas ranging from 28 to 86 sqm with a possibility of joining them. Each of them will have at least one balcony, loggia or terrace. Apartments located on the ground floor will have gardens and their windows are equipped with shutters. Residents of Jackowskiego 47 will be able to use 155 parking spaces in an underground car park. All the buildings will have quiet and modern lifts. The estate will be fully accessible for the disabled. The project will be enclosed and it will have a modern video surveillance and access control systems. A round-the-clock security service will ensure residents" safety. The project is already on offer. More information about the project is available on the www.jackowskiego47.pl website.
