Customers of Galeria Veneda, which was completed by Echo Investment in Łomża, will soon be able to shop in new shops of brands including: Reporter Young, Yes and Ziaja. In this way Galeria Veneda has been 100-pct leased.

The Reporter Young shop will have an area of nearly 60 sqm and it will be the first one to offer clothing for children and the youth in Veneda. Meanwhile the Yes shop, with an area of nearly 50 sqm, will be the first outlet of the brand in Łomża and its immediate area. The contract signed with Ziaja, thanks to which it will open a shop with an area of over 30 sqm, finishes the recommercialization of Galeria Veneda. “Over the two years of its operations Galeria Veneda has not only become the most popular shopping spot but also a favourite meeting place. We continuously make an effort to replenish its offer and deliver brands which are expected on the local market to our customers. It is another 100-pct leased facility, apart from Galeria Sudecka which has recently been opened,” says Marcin Szlufik, leasing manager in Echo Investment"s Shopping Centre Department. Galeria Veneda was opened in March 2013 and four months since its opening it had a footfall of 1 mln customers. The facility is located in Łomża, at the junction of Zawadzka Street and Sikorskiego Street. Galeria Veneda has a total area of 40,000 sqm, nearly 16,000 sqm of which is earmarked for lease. Its customers will be able to do their shopping in a Tesco hypermarket, as well as various shops including: RTV Euro AGD, Reserved, House, Cropp Town, Mohito, Sinsay, CCC, Rossmann, Orsay, Deichmann, Martes Sport, Apart, 4F and Zabawkowy Raj. The car park will host 600 parking spaces for customers.
The general contractor of Galeria Veneda is Instal Białystok. The architectural design of Galeria Veneda was created in the Mąka Sojka Architekci architectural studio of Warsaw in cooperation with Echo Investment"s team of architects. In 2014 Galeria Veneda won the Shopping Centre of the Year category in a competition organized by the Polish Council of Shopping Centres. www.galeriaveneda.com.pl
