Win a unique city bag in Q22 competition
Win a unique city bag in Q22 competition

Echo Investment, which is carrying out the Q22 office building with a height of 155 metres, is organizing a competition which offers an opportunity to win 200 city bags. They were made of a large format advertisement promoting the construction of Q22, which used to hang on the side wall of a block of flats neighbouring the construction site. A lucky bag owner will be able to precisely place the fragment of the advertisement which the concrete bag was made of by using an application available at www.enjoyq22.com.pl.

What can you do with an advertisement with an area of 800 sqm? You can clean it thoroughly, prepare it appropriately and give it a new life by changing it into several hundred aesthetic, convenient to use and very practical bags that can be used in a lot of situations, starting from everyday shopping to transporting drinks to the beach. 200 such city bags could be won in the competition, the partners of which are Eurobuild CEE and the NowaWarszawa.pl portal.  In order to win an award you need to take a photo of Q22, which is under construction at the junction of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Grzybowska Street. The competition entries can be taken with any image recording device (cameras, phones, tablets, etc). It is worth emphasizing that each city bag is different and unique. The fragment of the advertisement which the concrete bag was made of can be tracked by entering an individual code from its label on the www.enjoyq22.com.pl website.  How to enter the competition? There are two options.
There are two ways of sending in competition photos:
1) Via the Instagram application. Three hashtags need to be added to each picture: #eurobuildcee, #nowawarszawa and #q22.
2) Photos can also be sent in by e-mail with Q22 in the topic. Please send your applications to: redakcja@nowawarszawa.pl. Like in the previous case please add the #eurobuildcee #nowawarszawa #q22 hashtags in the body of the message. Important: the date of sending in the competition entry is a decisive factor in the case of both the Instagram application and e-mail. We wait for all the photos until the 15th of July 2015. One person can send in a maximum of 2 photos of the construction of Q22. The authors of the first 200 photos will receive the limited series bags. The authors of the best 3 photos – chosen by organizers of the competition – will be awarded Q22 gadgets and an additional surprise award. Q22 is a 155-metre modern office building which is being developed in the business centre of Warsaw. It offers a leasable office area of over 50,000 sqm. The ground floor of the building will include an elegant, glazed lobby. Floors 2 to 14 and 18 to 39 will offer office space whereas floors 14 – 17 will be earmarked for special functions such as a conference centre, a fitness club and a restaurant area. Its five-storey underground car park will offer 348 spaces.
The office building is being constructed using top quality materials and technological solutions, the effect of which will be a modern and bright building. Q22 obtained a BREEAM Interim Excellent ecological certificate with the highest score in this category in Poland (79.1 pct). The design of the building was created in the renowned architectural studio Kuryłowicz & Associates in cooperation with Buro Happold Polska. The completion of the construction of the office building is planned for Q1 2016. The project is valued at PLN 500 mln.
In November this year the Polish branch of Deloitte, which represents the largest company in the world in the field of audit, consultancy and risk management as well as financial and tax consulting services, has leased 11,000 sqm of modern office space in Q22. www.q22.com.pl
