On the 28th of May Echo Investment presented a new concept of its office project at 85 Piłsudskiego Avenue in Łódź, which is being developed under a new name – Symetris Business Park.

The meeting was attended by journalists, real estate agents, investor"s representatives as well as architects from the B"ART architectural studio, which created the concept of Symetris Business Park. “The modern A-class office facility consists of two buildings connected with each other by a shared garage hall. Its architecture alludes to simple forms referring to modernist architecture of the interwar period and the industrial heritage of the city. Individual floors make it possible to divide the office space freely: from small, separate rooms to large open space. There is also some space for spacious conference halls, a reception area and auxiliary facilities. The layout of the floors ensures natural lighting and aeration of the office space available, which is serviced by modern air-conditioning and ventilation systems while large windows provide visual, thermal and acoustic comfort,” says Michał Hincz, architect from the B"ART architectural studio. “The construction of Symetris Business Park is a proof that Łódź office market develops in the right direction. We are convinced that the city has become more attractive both for investors and companies looking for modern office space. We are conducting advanced negotiations with clients who are interested in leasing space in Symetris,” says Paweł Milcarz, Senior Leasing Manager in Echo Investment"s Office and Hotel Department. Symetris Business Park is being developed on al. Piłsudskiego – the main traffic route in the city which is called the East – West route of Łodź and connects the city centre with two largest districts – Widzew and Retkinia. This is where numerous office buildings and other important and well-known facilities are located, including: Centrum Biznesu, Centrum Rozrywki Silver Screen as well as Novotel and IBIS hotels (developed by Echo Investment). One of the assets of the project is the proximity of the Władysław Reymont Airport.
The project is constructed in two stages. The total office area of Symetris Business Park amounts to 19,000 sqm. The construction of the first building is currently in progress. A number of modern technological solutions, high standard ICT links and security, video-surveillance and access control systems have been applied. The construction of the first stage is to finish in Q1 2016. The project is worth app. PLN 100 mln.
