The opening of the largest shopping and entertainment centre in Jelenia Góra has enjoyed great interest among residents. Galeria Sudecka was visited 70,000 times within the first three days of its operations.
“Attractions related to the opening were planned for three days: the 29th and 30th of April and the 2nd of May. Both the retail section and the entertainment section were visited by crowds of customers. Gastronomy outlets were besieged. Customers, often entire families, were eager to get involved in games and quizzes which had been prepared for this occasion. We awarded more than 25,000 prizes and gifts. The car park of 1,800 spaces was continuously fully occupied. We are very satisfied with the footfall. We expect that the following week will also be more intensive because the first few days of the facility"s operations were broken off by holidays on the 1st and the 3rd of May,” says Ewelina Kaweńska, director of Galeria Sudecka in Jelenia Góra. Galeria Sudecka is located in the Zabobrze district. Its offer includes 100 shops, restaurants and service outlets as well as a multi-screen Helios cinema with a cafe and bar area and a Fabryka Formy fitness club, which is the largest in the town.
