Echo Investment has started preparations for resuming the construction of an office project at 86 Piłsudskiego Avenue in Łódź.

Preparation work is in progress at the building site of an office complex which is carried out by Echo Investment at 86 Piłsudskiego Avenue in Łódź. Contractor's temporary plant and facilities are being organized, the first machines, including a crane, have emerged. The project, which was originally called Aurus, has been redesigned and it will soon be officially presented in its new formula and under a new name. The concept of the office complex was prepared by architects from the B"ART studio of architecture, urban planning and interior design. The project is being developed on Piłsudskiego Avenue, which is the main traffic route of the city. It is often called the East-West route of Łódź and it connects the city centre with two largest districts – Widzew and Retkinia. This is where numerous office buildings and other important and popular facilities are located, including: Centrum Biznesu, Centrum Rozrywki Silver Screen as well as the Novotel and IBIS hotels (which were developed by Echo Investment) and the Galeria Łódzka shopping centre. The proximity of the Władysław Reymont Airport is also one of the assets of the location.
