Contracts with the Douglas perfumery and the Brugi clothing brand finalize the commercialization of Galeria Sudecka – the largest shopping and entertainment centre in Jelenia Góra.
“The success in the form of 100% commercialization is a source of great pride and joy for us. Particularly taking into consideration the fact that it took place before the opening of the project, which is extremely rare on the market of shopping centres. It results from the trust of our business partners as well as excellent work of Echo Investment"s leasing department. We are very satisfied with the leasing process of Galeria Sudecka. The offer of our project is based on strong pillars including: shops, restaurants and service outlets, the only cinema complex in the town and the largest fitness club,” says Marek Gładki, director of the commercialization and marketing department in Echo Investment"s Shopping Centre Department.
“I am glad that we will be able to open our shopping and entertainment centre in Jelenia Góra as soon as the 29th of April. Residents of the town as well as many surrounding locations have waited for a facility offering not just a broad retail offer but also the first modern multiplex in the region,” says Marcin Materny, director of Echo Investment"s Shopping Centre Department.
The Douglas perfumery in Galeria Sudecka will have an area of nearly 250 sqm. It is one of the most popular chains offering the best cosmetics brands in the world. In Poland Douglas has been present since 2001, it has 113 shops with a combined area of over 30,000 sqm.
The shop of the Brugi brand, one of the leading tourist footwear and clothing manufacturers, will have an area of 140 sqm. Brugi has been operating in Poland since 1995, it is an organizer and sponsor of a lot of sports and recreational events.
