PGS Software has leased an area of over 1,200 sqm in Tryton Business House, a modern A-class office building which is being developed by Echo Investment in Gdańsk.
The contract signed with PGS Software starts the leasing process regarding the area in Echo Investment"s office project in Gdańsk. The CBRE consulting agency represented the tenant in the leasing process.
“When we were opening our Gdańsk branch last year we looked for suitable building in a good location. It was not easy until we saw building plans of Tryton Business House. We decided that both the standard of the building and its location were exactly what we needed. PGS Software services foreign clients who often visit our offices in Wrocław and Rzeszów. Now we will be glad and proud to invite them also to Gdańsk. All we need to do is employ app. 120 new people for our office so that the beautiful interior begins to teem with live, but this is a completely different challenge altogether,” says Paweł Gurgul, managing director at PGS Software.
“It is a great distinction for us that PGS Software chose the Tryton Business House office building as the new location of its branch in Gdańsk. We are convinced that the prestigious location of our project in the transport centre of the city will provide it with excellent recognisability among TriCity-based companies and will offer convenient access for customers and employees,” says Kornelia Łukaszewska, leasing manager in Echo Investment"s Office and Hotel Department.
"PGS Software is an excellent example of an influx of new investments from the outsourcing industry based in the south of Poland, mainly in Wrocław and Kraków, to TriCity. The trend which was started by Epam and Luxoft last year is continued this year and it will certainly strengthen. TriCity attracts companies because of the availability of staff, high quality of life, support of local authorities and attractive office market for tenants. The quality of TriCity office projects, which are able to meet the high requirements of the ITO industry, is not without importance. In this project Tryton Business House was part of a shortlist from the start because of its location, proximity of public transport and the prestigious character of the facility,” says Mariusz Wiśniewski, senior associate director, office space department, tenant representation, CBRE.
