Construction of Park Avenue Apartments is in progress

The construction of the Park Avenue Apartments luxury complex in Kraków’s Stare Dębniki district, which was launched by Echo Investment in autumn 2014, is entering another stage. The developer announces that it will be one of the most interesting and the most prestigious apartment projects built in the whole country up till now. The completion of the construction process is planned for the summer of 2016.

The small apartment complex, which is being developed at the junction of ul. Czarodziejska and ul. Tyniecka, will consist of seven three-storey buildings. Each of them will include from 5 to 11 apartments with areas ranging from 70 to 200 sqm. There will be a total of 53 apartments built in Echo Investment"s project. The work on the Park Avenue Apartments project is on schedule. The contractor has already finished underground floors of all seven segments. The installation of the sewage and water supply systems in the area is nearing completion. The shell of Park Avenue Apartments is planned to be completed in the second half of May. “We can see a lot of demand for modern apartments in Kraków. Our project in Stare Dębniki is another one to be carried out in this city. Kraków deserves top quality projects characterized by out of the ordinary architecture,” says Jakub Tamborowski, manager of Echo Investment"s sales office in Kraków. Elegant luxury apartments in the Park Avenue Apartments project are being developed in the picturesque Stare Dębniki district, on the Vistula River, only a few hundred metres from the Wawel Royal Castle. The location is filled with the unique atmosphere of Kraków, it provides an opportunity to rest from the hustle and bustle of city life and at the same time, thanks to the proximity of the city centre, it guarantees nearly instantaneous access to the attractions of the city. It is the main asset of Echo Investment"s project. It is the developer"s intention to discover Stare Dębniki again and make it possible for future residents of Park Avenue Apartments to utilize all the assets of the location – the green area of Park Dębnicki, recreational areas and views onto the most beautiful historical buildings in Kraków – the Wawel Royal Castle, the Lasocki Palace, the Norbertine Convent, Saint Bronisława Hill and the Kościuszko Mound. Residents of Park Avenue Apartments will be able to admire the surroundings from their spacious large terraces (with areas ranging from 25 to 150 sqm) and clients who decide to buy apartments on the ground floor will enjoy additional space in the form of gardens with areas ranging from 70 to 110 sqm. “What will set Park Avenue Apartments apart will be the unique location of the project. Quiet and peaceful surroundings of the complex of villas, which will be situated near the Vistula Boulevards creates favourable conditions for leisure and recreation. We are reclaiming a degraded  area which used to include warehouse and industrial facilities and we are replacing them with modern architecture which fits in with the character of the location while returniing the aesthetic and functional values to the place,” adds Jakub Tamborowski. “The construction process complies with top standards and the respect for the surrounding green area. One of the most important priorities is minimizing the possible impact of the construction process on the natural environment and the option of using the park by residents of Kraków in the course of the construction work,” adds the representative of Echo Investment S.A. Future residents of Park Avenue Apartments will be able to use a small fitness area and the Dębnicki Park including a playground. A round-the-clock reception in the complex will provide extra comfort. “Park Avenue Apartments is a top shelf project. It combines everything that should be provided in a luxury project – the quality of the finishing, numerous amenities, modern architecture and the best location, which was already mentioned earlier,” sums up Jakub Tamborowski. The construction work started at the beginning of October 2014. Apartments are currently offered for sale in Echo Investment"s office in Kraków. The average price per sqm amounts to PLN 15,000. The architectural design is being developed by the Kraków-based architectural studio GPP GRUPA PROJEKTOWA Sp. z o.o.
