OTCF, the owner of the 4F brand, has leased an area of 1,200 sqm in a building which constitutes the first stage of Park Rozwoju – an office facility which is being developed by Echo Investment on Konstruktorska Street in Warsaw.
“We are very pleased that the group of tenants of Park Rozwoju has been joined by OTCF. Thus we are getting closer to the end of the commercialization process of the first stage of the project. The building is already 80-pct leased,” says Paweł Milcarz, senior leasing manger in Echo Investment"s Office and Hotel Department. “The fact that 4F chose park Rozwoju for its Warsaw seat confirms a certain regularity where modern and prestigious companies choose office projects which are characterized not only by their modern shape but also by advanced technological solutions and green solutions. Very good visibility of the building from the N-S route and Marynarska Street was also an important element in the choice of the location,” says Michał Żelski, senior leasing manager in Echo Investment Office and Hotel Department.
