OTCF in Park Rozwoju
OTCF in Park Rozwoju

OTCF, the owner of the 4F brand, has leased an area of 1,200 sqm in a building which constitutes the first stage of Park Rozwoju – an office facility which is being developed by Echo Investment on Konstruktorska Street in Warsaw.

“We are very pleased that the group of tenants of Park Rozwoju has been joined by OTCF. Thus we are getting closer to the end of the commercialization process of the first stage of the project. The building is already 80-pct leased,” says Paweł Milcarz, senior leasing manger in Echo Investment"s Office and Hotel Department. “The fact that 4F chose park Rozwoju for its Warsaw seat confirms a certain regularity where modern and prestigious companies choose office projects which are characterized not only by their modern shape but also by advanced technological solutions and green solutions. Very good visibility of the building from the N-S route and Marynarska Street was also an important element in the choice of the location,” says Michał Żelski, senior leasing manager in Echo Investment Office and Hotel Department. OTCF, which includes the following brands: 4F – sports clothing, 4Faces – multibrand shops and Outhorn – outdoor products, is one of the leasing and dynamically developing producers and importers of top class sports clothing and accessories. The 4F brand has been cooperating with the Polish Olympic Committee, the Polish Ski Federation, the Polish Athletics Federation and the Polish Biathlon Federation and since 2014 the group has been joined by the Polish Speed Skating Federation. The 4F brand has been an official partner of the Polish Skiing Federation, the Polish Olympic Committee and the Polish Athletics Federation for many years. The brand supports sports passions, active lifestyle and athletes themselves. The athletes the company cooperates with create the multidisciplinary Team 4F, which includes: Paula Gorycka, Monika Żur, Piotr Konwa, Andrzej Piątek, Łukasz Kubot, Marek Kolbowicz, Maciej Kot, trainers of B team jumpers, Monika Hojnisz, Konrad Niedźwiecki, Natalia Czerwonka, Aleksandra Socha, Mikołaj Tusiewicz, Aleksandra Pustołka, Wojciech Fojcik, Agata Warło and Wojciech Fortuna.  4F is also a sponsor of individual athletes including Łukasz Kubot, a leading Polish tennis player. The brand was also responsible for the official athletes" outfits at the 21st Winter Olympics in Vancouver in 2010, the 30th Summer Olympics in London and the 22nd Winter Olympics in Sochi in 2014. Polish contestants will also wear the brand"s clothing during the next summer and winter Olympics (in Rio de Janeiro in 2016 and Pyeongchang in 2018). Park Rozwoju consists of two buildings and a restaurant which is located in the connector. The total area of the complex is 32,000 sqm. The buildings will have a two-storey underground car park and a ground-level car park offering a total of 740 spaces. The complex will include some leisure and recreation areas: a courtyard with a water cascade and a canteen, internal squares with comfortable benches, green roof terraces and an outdoor gym. Cyclists will be able to use a bicycle parking area with bike racks as well as changing rooms with showers. The office project of Echo Investment is being developed in the southern part of Mokotów at 12 Konstruktorska Street. The location provides quick and easy access to the Fryderyk Chopin airport and the city centre. The facility is surrounded by an excellently network of public transport – there are two tram terminals and one bus terminal nearby. The southern ring road of Warsaw and the Marynarska interchange provide easy access by car. The architectural design of Park Rozwoju has been created in the JEMS Architekci architectural studio. www.parkrozwoju.com.pl
