Echo Investment has signed a contract concerning the purchase of another plot near Galeria Sudecka, which is being developed in Jelenia Góra. The investor is to carry out a retail park including a Leroy Merlin DIY market and a car park for nearly 500 cars.
The purchase of the plot located north-east of Galeria Sudecka, which is currently under construction, results from a strategy which has been implemented by Echo Investment in Jelenia and involves creating the largest regional shopping and entertainment centre in Jelenia Góra.
“We want to provide customers of Galeria Sudecka with the broadest possible offer and maximum comfort of shopping i.e. a large and convenient car park, among others. We believe that with the growing online sales it will be the convenience and a rich entertainment and gastronomy offer which will attract customers. That is why we are building the largest and the most convenient car park for 1,800 cars. We focus not only on shopping but also entertainment. Thus Galeria Sudecka includes the only multi-screen cinema in the region, Helios; the largest fitness club in the town, Fabryka Formy and a playground for children. Galeria Sudecka will also have the broadest gastronomy offer and the largest home and garden shop in the town,” says Marcin Materny, director of Echo Investment"s Shopping Centre Department.
Galeria Sudecka is 99-pct leased. Only three small outlets are still available. The investor declares that Galeria Sudecka will be 100-pct leased on its opening date. Echo Investment has recently signed contracts with: the C&A chain (1,200 sqm), Orsay, Bytom, Magnetic and Medicine, Aquael ZOO, Pawo, Badura, Prezenciarnia, Simple and Vision Express. The majority of tenants have already taken over their areas. The brands which are fitting out their outlets include: Helios, Fabryka Formy, Reserved, C&A, Go Sport, Super-Pharm, RTV Euro AGD, Smyk, Empik, Martes Sport, Diverse and CCC.
