Orsay, Bytom, Magnetic and Medicine are the next few shops to be opened in Galeria Sudecka, which is being developed by Echo Investment in Jelenia Góra.

The shop of the Orsay chain will have an area of nearly 180 sqm. Orsay is a popular and appreciated brand of women"s clothing, which belongs to Orsay GmBH. There are currently over 600 shops of the brand in 25 countries.
The Bytom shop will have an area of 90 sqm and it will offer formal and casual men"s fashion. Galeria Sudecka will also gain the Medicine brand. In its shop with an area of 255 sqm Medicine will offer casual clothing which can be worn for work and at weekends. The brand offers author"s designs by young designers and unique limited collections. The outlet of the Magnetic brand (60 sqm) is a shop which offers women"s clothing of various brands. “The commercialization of Galeria Sudecka currently amounts to 99 pct and there are only three small outlets still available. I can declare now that our facility will be fully leased on its opening day,” says Marcin Materny, director of Echo Investment"s Shopping Centre Department. Echo Investment has recently signed contracts with: the C&A chain (1,200 sqm), Orsay, Bytom, Magnetic and Medicine, Aquael ZOO, Pawo, Badura, Prezenciarnia, Simple and Vision Express. The majority of tenants have already taken over their areas. The brands which are fitting out their outlets include: Helios, Fabryka Formy, Reserved, C&A, Go Sport, Super-Pharm, RTV Euro AGD, Smyk, Empik, Martes Sport, Diverse and CCC. The investor also applied for a building permit for a Leroy Merlin DIY market. In February earlier this year Echo Investment, acting on behalf of Leroy Merlin, acquired a legally binding environmental decision. The planned launch of the construction work is June this year. The opening of Leroy Merlin with a total area of 15,000 sqm as well as a car park including 500 spaces is planned for March 2016.
