Echo Investment concluded a loan agreement with a value of over EUR 25 mln with BNP Paribas Bank Polska SA. The acquired funds – an investment loan of EUR 25 mln, a construction loan of EUR 19 mln and a VAT loan of PLN 4 mln – will be used for the construction of the West Gate office building in Wrocław.

“West Gate in Wrocław is Echo Investment"s second office project to have been financed by BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. over the last year. The first one was A4 Business Park in Katowice, which is still under construction. It confirms that our company, the quality of its projects as well as the tenant mix in our projects are very well perceived. The process of arranging the financing parameters and credit documentation was very smooth. I hope that BNP Paribas joined the group of institutions which finance Echo Investment"s projects for good,” says Grzegorz Iwański, director of Echo Investment"s Funding Department. The parties to the transaction cooperate with the Clifford Chance law office, DTZ and Tebodin Poland in terms of the transaction and the launch process.
