A Bialcon clothing outlet with an area of 110 sqm is to be opened in a new section of Outlet Park Szczecin, which is being developed as part of the second stage of the project. Echo Investment signed a contract with the tenant at the Shopping Centre Forum fair which took place in Warsaw.
Bialcon was established in 1992. It was created by Barbara Chwesiuk, who has been the company"s main designer. Collections are addressed to women who appreciate classic elegance, do not like monotony and creatively look for outfits for various occasions. “It will be an outlet shop, customers will be able to buy branded Bialcon clothing at lower prices. The second stage of Outlet Park Szczecin focuses on extending women"s fashion offer that is why we are conducting advanced negotiations with brands such as: Monnari, Gerry Weber, Molto and Volcano. We are finalizing negotiations with a large chain which is interested in an area of 600 sqm,” says Michał Banasik, leasing manager in Echo Investment"s. Shopping Centre Department.In the second stage Outlet Park Szczecin will get nearly 5,000 sqm bigger. The project will be finished in Q4 this year. After the completion of the second stage Outlet Park Szczecin will have a total retail area of 21,300 sqm. Customers will be able to choose from 100 shops and 900 parking spaces. Shopping Centre Forum is a cyclical meeting of shopping centre tenants and developers, which has been organized in Warsaw since 2005. It is the largest event of its kind in Poland and Central Europe. Outlet Park Szczecin is located in Szczecin"s Prawobrzeże district. The facility was opened on the 7th of November 2012. It offers branded products which are 30-70 pct cheaper compared to prices in regular shops. Additional assets of the project include a 7-screen Helios cinema and the section of the facility which includes Smyk Mega Store and a Piotr i Paweł supermarket. Its outlet area offers products of brands such as: Nike, Puma, Reebok, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Reserved, Bytom, Kari, Lee Wrangler, Wittchen, Kazar, Vero Moda, Jack Jones, Via Roma, Cross Jeans, Atlantic, Lavard, Ecco, Big Star, 4F, Ochnik, LKJ, Mc Arthur, Hot Oil, Wójcik, Lancerto, Gabor, Puere, Milano Shoes, Willsoor, Lee Cooper, Cropp, House, Simple and Mohito.
