Park Avenue Apartments is the top residential project in the Lesser Poland Province according to the jurors of the Gold Villas 2015 competition. Osiedle Jaśminowe was considered to be the most interesting residential project in the Greater Poland Province and the first stage of Nowy Mokotów was considered the top project in the Masovian Province.

The ceremonious award gala of the Gold Villas took place in Warsaw on the 12th of February. The editorial team of the "Villa" monthly organized the competition for the leading residential projects in Poland for the sixth time. The jury included representatives of the editorial team and experts involved in architecture and design. Park Avenue Apartments is a prestigious project which is being developed at the junction of Czarodziejska Street and Tyniecka Street in Kraków. The project consists of seven three-storey buildings. Each of them will include from 5 to 11 apartments with areas ranging from 70 to 200 sqm. Park Avenue Apartments is Echo Investment"s response to the needs of Kraków residents who look for luxury apartments in attractive locations. The developer"s main desire in this project is to offer top standard apartments in unique surroundings. Residents of Park Avenue Apartments will be able to admire the surroundings from spacious terraces (with areas ranging from 25 to 150 sqm) and owners of the apartments located on the ground floor will have gardens with areas ranging from 70 to 110 sqm. There will also be a small fitness area and a private area in the Dębnicki Park including a playground. A round-the-clock reception will ensure additional comfort of the residents. Osiedle Jaśminowe is being developed on Karpia i Sielawy Street in Poznań. It is a complex of 14 small multifamily buildings including internal roads, playgrounds and communal areas. All the buildings will have quiet and modern lifts. The estate will be fully accessible for the disabled. The five-storey buildings are planned to include 375 apartments with areas ranging from 28 to 89 sqm with a possibility of joining them together. Each of them will have at least one balcony, loggia or terrace. Small gardens are planned next to ground-floor apartments. The Nowy Mokotów estate is being developed on Konstruktorska Street in a section of the Moktów district which constitutes the largest office area of Warsaw. The first stage of the project, which was completed in 2014, consists of 6 buildings of varied height (from 5 to 9 floors) that will be connected by a three-storey base. The entire estate is planned as an autonomous urban unit including an internal road layout, its own area creating favourable conditions for social integration, some greenery as well as units which will be suitable for public utility functions such as a nursery school, a medical clinic, shops and services. The entire complex constitutes a closed quarter with an internal enclosed yard which will available from four sides. The project is complemented by carefully planned greenery, elements of landscape architecture and lighting.
