Intergraph, a global leader in IT solutions, changes its Warsaw seat and moves to the Park Rozwoju office building, which is being developed by Echo Investment on Konstruktorska Street.

The new seat of Intergraph will have an area of nearly 1,200 sqm and it will be located in a building which is under construction as part of the second stage of Park Rozwoju. “We are very pleased that tenants of Park Rozwoju have been joined by another significant company related to the modern technology industry. During negotiations Intergraph was represented by the international consultancy Cushman & Wakefield. “The change of the location by Intergraph is connected with good lease conditions in the new building, which have been negotiated. The new office is located very close the current seat of the company, which will certainly please employees who got used to the previous location. A lot of flexibility in terms of the fit out work, optimal access to daylight, access control to the building, security service and video surveillance – these are only a few of the tenant"s requirements which have been fulfilled in Park Rozwoju and will have a positive influence on working conditions. The fact that the tenant will occupy top floor in the building, thanks to which it will be able to use the terrace, will be an added valued,” says Artur Sutor, associate from the office space department, Cushman & Wakefield. The complex will include some leisure and recreation areas: a courtyard with a water cascade and a canteen, internal squares with comfortable benches, green roof terraces and an outdoor gym. Cyclists will be able to use a bicycle parking area with bike racks as well as changing rooms with showers. The office project of Echo Investment is being developed in the southern part of Mokotów at 10 Konstruktorska Street. The location provides quick and easy access to the Fryderyk Chopin airport and the city centre. The facility is surrounded by an excellently network of public transport – there are two tram terminals and one bus terminal nearby. The southern ring road of Warsaw and the Marynarska interchange provide easy access by car.
