A shop of the Vistula brand is to be opened in Galeria Sudecka in Jelenia Góra, which is being developed by Echo Investment.

The Vistula shop in Galeria Sudecka will offer elegant men"s clothing. Vistula is a highly regarded manufacturer of suits, jackets, trousers, sweaters, shirts, coats and various accessories including ties or cufflinks. In its outlets Vistula also offers a collection of bags – business and casual ones as well as numerous types of footwear. Galeria Sudecka is 95-pct commercialized. Echo Investment has recently signed contracts with: Tatuum (150 sqm), Carry (1,000 sqm) and Super-Pharm (500 sqm), among others, as well as letters of intent with the Agata Meble chain (10,000 sqm) and Komfort (700 sqm). Galeria Sudecka is being developed in the Zabobrze district at the site of the Echo shopping centre which has been open for over 13 years. The centre is planned to include 100 shops, restaurants and service outlets, as well as a multi screen Helios cinema with a cafe and bar area and a Fabryka Formy fitness club. Apart from an Auchan hypermarket, a Helios cinema and a Fabryka Formy fitness club tenants of Galeria Sudecka will include Reserved, Go Sport, Carry, Super-Pharm, Empik, Smyk, RTV Euro AGD, House, Mohito, Sinsay, Cropp Town, Diverse, Top Secret, Monnari, Gino Rossi, Wólczanka, Ochnik, CCC, Wojas, Ryłko, Triumph, Lee Wrangler, Big Star, Martes Sport, 4F, Apart, Yes, Matras, Molton, Vision Express, Wójcik, Jupi Park, North Fish, Thai Restaurant, Kuchnia Polska, Berlin Doner Kebap, Grycan and others. The design of Galeria Sudecka provides for a retail area of 50,000 sqm. A mall including shops, boutiques, services and the first cinema multiplex in town is to be built first. The final stage of Galeria Sudecka will involve a two-phase construction of a retail park which will include a Leroy Merlin DIY supermarket with a total area of 15,000 sqm, among other things.
