A new Simple clothing shop with an area of nearly 100 sqm is to be opened in Galeria Sudecka, which is being developed by Echo Investment.
Simple is an exclusive fashion brand which has been present on the Polish market since 1993. It part of the Gino Rossi capital group. The Simple chain includes 52 shops all over Poland. The collections of the brand provide a unique combination of simplicity and elegance and they set bold trends in women"s fashion. “Our contract with Simple significantly strengthens the offer of Galeria Sudecka in the category of premium fashion shops. I am pleased that the first shop of the brand in Jelenia Góra will be opened in our project,” says Marek Gładki, director of the commercialization and marketing team in Echo Investment"s Shopping Centre Department. Commercialization of Galeria Sudecka has exceeded 95 pct. Echo Investment has recently signed contracts with Tatuum (150 sqm), Carry (1,000 sqm) and Super-Pharm (500 sqm) as well as letters of intent with the Agata Meble chain (10,000 sqm) and Komfort (700 sqm). The first few units have already been handed over to tenants. Fit out work is in progress in Helios cinema, among others. Galeria Sudecka is being developed in the Zabobrze district at the site of the Echo shopping centre which has been open for over 13 years. The centre is planned to include 100 shops, restaurants and service outlets, as well as a multi screen Helios cinema with a cafe and bar area and a Fabryka Formy fitness club.Apart from an Auchan hypermarket, a Helios cinema and a Fabryka Formy fitness club tenants of Galeria Sudecka will include Reserved, Go Sport, Carry, Super-Pharm, Empik, Smyk, RTV Euro AGD, House, Mohito, Sinsay, Cropp Town, Diverse, Top Secret, Monnari, Gino Rossi, Wólczanka, Ochnik, CCC, Wojas, Ryłko, Triumph, Lee Wrangler, Big Star, Martes Sport, 4F, Apart, Yes, Matras, Molton, Vision Express, Wójcik, Jupi Park, North Fish, Thai Restaurant, Kuchnia Polska, Berlin Doner Kebap, Grycan and others. The design of Galeria Sudecka provides for a retail area of 50,000 sqm. A mall including shops, boutiques, services and the first cinema multiplex in town is to be built first. The final stage of Galeria Sudecka will involve a two-phase construction of a retail park which will include a Leroy Merlin DIY supermarket with a total area of 15,000 sqm, among other things.
