Echo Investment has signed a contract with Media Markt. Thanks to the outlet of the leader of electronics in Jelenia Góra residents will no longer have to use the offer of the chain in the electronics markets located in Legnica and Wałbrzych.
The Media Markt shop in Jelenia Góra will occupy an area of 1,800 sqm. Media Markt is an international chain of specialist electronics supermarkets offering multimedia, ICT and photographic equipment, household appliances and audio & video equipment, office devices and accessories.
Customers can choose from the broadest offer of consumer electronic goods on the market. The offer includes: audio & video equipment, household appliances, computer equipment and a wide range of accessories, books, computer games, films and music. As in any shop of the chain the Media Markt in Jelenia Góra will also sell tickets for various cultural, sports and entertainment events.
“I am pleased that residents of Jelenia Góra will acquire the first outlet of the Media Markt chain thanks to the agreement signed. It will certainly facilitate access to the offer and a lot of promotions available in the shops of the brand,” says Marcin Materny, director of Echo Investment"s Shopping Centre Department.
Galeria Sudecka is being developed in the Zabobrze district at the site of the Echo shopping centre which has been open for over 13 years. The centre is planned to include 100 shops, restaurants and service outlets, as well as a multi screen Helios cinema with a cafe and bar area and a Fabryka Formy fitness club.Apart from an Auchan hypermarket, a Helios cinema and a Fabryka Formy fitness club tenants of Galeria Sudecka will include Reserved, Go Sport, Carry, Super-Pharm, Empik, Smyk, RTV Euro AGD, House, Mohito, Sinsay, Cropp Town, Diverse, Top Secret, Monnari, Gino Rossi, Wólczanka, Ochnik, CCC, Wojas, Ryłko, Triumph, Lee Wrangler, Big Star, Martes Sport, 4F, Apart, Yes, Matras, Molton, Vision Express, Wójcik, Jupi Park, North Fish, Thai Restaurant, Kuchnia Polska, Berlin Doner Kebap, Grycan and others.
The design of Galeria Sudecka provides for a retail area of 50,000 sqm. A mall including shops, boutiques, services and the first cinema multiplex in town is to be built first. The final stage of Galeria Sudecka will involve a two-phase construction of a retail park which will include a Leroy Merlin DIY supermarket with a total area of 15,000 sqm, among other things. Customers of Galeria Sudecka will be able to use over 1,800 parking spaces.
