A new clothing shop of the Tatuum brand is to be opened in Galeria Sudecka, which is being developed by Echo Investment in Jelenia Góra. It will have an area of nearly 150 sqm.
“It will be the first shop of the famous clothing brand in Jelenia Góra. The brand specializes in high quality casual clothing. Tatuum fits in with the extended fashion offer of Galeria Sudecka,” says Tomasz Nowakowski, senior leasing manager in Echo Investment"s Shopping Centre Department.
Tatuum has been present on the market for over 15 years. It was created for people who appreciate comfort, good workmanship as well as details emphasizing both elegant and informal style. The owner of the brand is the Łódź-based company Kan. The Tatuum chain currently has 100 shops in Poland, the Czech Republic, Russia and Hungary. Salons of the brand offer women"s and men"s clothing as well as accessories. Galeria Sudecka is 95-pct commercialized. Echo Investment has recently signed contracts with the Carry chain (1,000 sqm) and Super-Pharm (500 sqm) as well as letters of intent with the Agata Meble chain (10,000 sqm) and Komfort (700 sqm).
Galeria Sudecka is being developed in the Zabobrze district at the site of the Echo shopping centre which has been open for over 13 years. The centre is planned to include 100 shops, restaurants and service outlets, as well as a multi screen Helios cinema with a cafe and bar area and a Fabryka Formy fitness club.
Apart from an Auchan hypermarket, a Helios cinema and a Fabryka Formy fitness club tenants of Galeria Sudecka will include Reserved, Go Sport, Carry, Super-Pharm, Empik, Smyk, RTV Euro AGD, House, Mohito, Sinsay, Cropp Town, Diverse, Top Secret, Monnari, Gino Rossi, Wólczanka, Ochnik, CCC, Wojas, Ryłko, Triumph, Lee Wrangler, Big Star, Martes Sport, 4F, Apart, Yes, Matras, Molton, Vision Express, Wójcik, Jupi Park, North Fish, Thai Restaurant, Kuchnia Polska, Berlin Doner Kebap, Grycan and others.
The design of Galeria Sudecka provides for a retail area of 50,000 sqm. A mall including shops, boutiques, services and the first cinema multiplex in town is to be built first. The final stage of Galeria Sudecka will involve a two-phase construction of a retail park which will include a Leroy Merlin DIY supermarket with a total area of 15,000 sqm, among other things. Customers of Galeria Sudecka will be able to use over 1,800 parking spaces.
