For the second time Galeria Echo was considered to be the best shopping centre by tenants while Grzegorz Czekaj, director of Galeria Echo, won the tenants’ ranking for the best manager of a retail facility. Echo Investment was the best developer quoted on WSE for the third time.

The ceremonious gala of the Eurobuild Awards 2014 competition took place on the 4th of December in Warsaw. Echo Investment won the three forementioned categories. Awards for Galeria Echo were received by Wojciech Knawa, director of Echo Investment Property Management and Grzegorz Czekaj, director of Galeria Echo. It is worth emphasizing that the top three shopping centres according to tenants also included Pasaż Grunwaldzki in Wrocław. The statuette for the best developer quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange was received by Waldemar Lesiak, vice-president of Echo Investment. Echo Investment was also nominated in other competition categories such as: New Shopping of the Year (Galeria Amber), Retail Developer of the Year, Office Developer of the Year, Green Developer of the Year, Architectural Design of the Year (A4 Business Park, Galeria Amber, Park Rozwoju), New Office of the Year (A4 Business Park, Park Rozwoju), Property Management Company of the Year (Echo Investment Property Management) and Investment Deal of the Year (purchase of the plot of former Browary Warszawskie). The award ceremony took place at the Hilton hotel in Warsaw. Eurobuild Awards are awarded for outstanding achievements in the real estate and construction industry.
