Echo Investment has started the construction of the second part of the ‘Nowy Mokotów’ residential complex in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. It will ultimately include 206 apartments. The first part of the project has already been put into operation. The entire project will include four stages which will consist of 800 apartments and a green area featuring some landscape architecture and lighting.

"Nowy Mokotów" is a complex located on Konstruktorska Street and Suwak Street in Dolny Mokotów, a district which is currently the largest office area in the city. The architectural design was created in the renowned Warsaw architectural studio Kuryłowicz & Associates. The first part of Nowy Mokotów, which has already been put into operation, includes 200 apartments, 11 of which are still available. The second part of the complex on Konstruktorska Street will consist of six buildings with a height of 3 to 9 floors. The buildings will include 206 apartments with areas ranging from 29 to 121 sqm. The construction of this stage of the project is only the halfway point. The entire project, which is being developed in four stages, is planned to comprise 800 apartments. All the apartments will have a high standard finish. French windows reaching the floor will be an exceptional improvement providing much better sun penetration. Apartments located on the ground floor will have gardens while owners of the other apartments will be able to use spacious loggias and balconies. Squares featuring park greenery have been designed near the project. Prices per sqm of an apartment range from PLN 7,000 to PLN 11,000. “The project carried out on Konstruktorska Street by Echo Investment is a response to the needs of residents of Warsaw. For more and more of them Mokotów is not just a place of work but it is also a very attractive part of the city – because of its extensive infrastructure, proximity of recreational areas and convenient transport links to other districts. An underground station, bus and tram stops as well as light rail are located in the close proximity of the estate,” emphasizes Sylwia Pajdo-Pasek, manager of Echo Investment"s Sales Office in Warsaw. The "Nowy Mokotów" residential complex is planned to be an autonomous urban area including an internal road layout, a communal area creating favourable conditions for social integration, some greenery and service outlets. The entirety will form an enclosed quarter including some internal yards. The estate will be fully fenced while a round-the-clock security service and video surveillance system will ensure residents" safety. “We are creating a unique space in Mokotów. We offer apartments which feature modern architecture and a functional layout as well as elements that enhance the comfort of spending time around the estate,” adds Sylwia Pajdo-Pasek. Nowy Mokotów is one of the largest and most prestigious residential projects which have recently been carried out by Echo Investment. The project was awarded in the "Residential Affordable Development of the Year" category during this year"s CIJ Awards 2014 gala.
